The Salvation Army of Wheeling, WV has opened a Warming Station at their Shelter. Due to the frigid single digits, the
people can come in to our Lobby at 140-16th Street and “Warm Up” for as long as needed. Also the soup and coffee is on!!!
If coats or clothing is needed please contact The Salvation Army at (304) 233-4400. Keep Warm and Safe!!!!!!!
